Spanish property group Afirma will survive the current property crisis in the country if its generates sales of 120 million euros, El Economista cited the group ’s chairman Felix Abanades as saying in an interview.

ENDESA

Endesa reports nine month to September earnings before the market opens. A Reuters poll forecasts net profit to more than triple from a year earlier to 6.5 billion euros ($8.43 billion) thanks to one-time gains. Management holds a webcast for analysts at 1000 GMT. see story

The utility said on Tuesday it had secured a 300 million euro loan from European Investment Bank (EIB) to improve its distribution grid in Spain this year and next. See story
